Samsung Galaxy A31 Price and Availability
The Samsung Galaxy A31 has been launched in India as the successor to the Galaxy A30 which was debuted last year in February 2019. Samsung Galaxy A31 is priced at Rs. 21,999 in India. Now it is only available in one variant i.e. 6GB RAM and 128GB Storage. This phone is available through offline retail stores and leading e-commerce portals. Samsung informs via its official Instagram handle that company will also launch a hands-on experience to its customers.
Key Highlight of Samsung Galaxy A31
The in-display fingerprint sensor, storage expansion slot and fast charging support are key highlights of this phone. Samsung Galaxy A31 features a waterdrop-style display notch in the front and a quad-camera setup at the back. It runs on Samsung One UI which is based on the latest Android 10 version. The Samsung Galaxy A31 is available in three different colour choices that are prism crush blue, prism crush black and prism crush white colours.

Samsung Galaxy A31 comes with a 6.4-inch FHD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display has a waterdrop notch on the top of the screen. As this is an AMOLED panel, it shows punchy colour with better brightness and contrast. It has a pixel density of 412 PPI.

Samsung Galaxy A31 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P65 (MT6768) Octa-Core Processor with Mali-G52 GPU. This processor directly competes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 and I think it is a better performer.
It is equipped with a game booster technology for better gaming performance. Samsung claims that this feature learns usage patterns to optimize battery, temperature and memory.
Samsung Galaxy A31 comes with a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. The Samsung Galaxy A31 houses a big battery with a capacity of 5,000mAh which supports 15W fast charging.
Camera Specifications
Samsung Galaxy A31 comes with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48MP primary camera sensor with an f/2.0 lens. It also sports an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera that has an f/2.2 aperture. In that quad-camera setup, Samsung Galaxy A31 also has a 5MP depth camera sensor with an f/2.4 lens and a 5MP Camera sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens.
The Samsung Galaxy A31 houses a 20MP selfie camera sensor with an f/2.2 aperture at the front side.
Connectivity
As far as connectivity is Concern, Samsung Galaxy A31 include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and USB Type-C port. It has a face unlock feature and also has the in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. Dual SIM (nano+nano) supports dual-standby (4G+4G) mode with both the SIM.
